🏥 Role Overview

As a CVOR CST, you will assist in complex cardiovascular surgical procedures in both the Operating Room and Hybrid Cath Lab, ensuring precision, efficiency, and sterile technique throughout all cases.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiovascular surgeries (open heart, vascular procedures, etc.)
• Maintain sterile field and surgical instrumentation readiness
• Anticipate surgeon needs during high-acuity cases
• Ensure compliance with aseptic and safety protocols
• Support procedures in both CVOR and Hybrid Cath Lab settings 

📋 🚨 Required Qualifications (Strict)

• ✅ Active Colorado CST License (DORA) – REQUIRED (Do Not Submit Without This)
• ✅ CVOR Surgical Tech experience – REQUIRED
• ✅ Minimum 3 years of experience
• ✅ NBSTSA / AST / NCCT Certification
• ✅ BLS (AHA) Certification
