Elementary School Psychologist

Full-Time K–5 Position | ProCare Therapy

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team for a full-time opportunity supporting elementary students (K–5th grade). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with children and has experience supporting students with autism.

Position Details: 

• Full-Time (Monday–Friday)
• Caseload: Kindergarten through 5th Grade
• Split between 2 school sites (located very close to each other)
• Compensation: $40/hr + depending on experience, education, and location

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students with autism in a classroom setting
• Assist with behavior management and implementation of individualized plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff
• Foster a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with children with autism is required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt and stay consistent across two nearby campuses
