Truss Assembler- Overnight Shift

Express Employment Professionals Forest Lake has partnered with a growing company in Hugo, MN that is hiring for a Truss Assembler on 3rd shift. As a Truss Assembler, you’ll work hands‑on assembling roof and floor trusses, reading measurements, and supporting production in a fast‑paced construction manufacturing environment. This role values accuracy, teamwork, and safety while producing quality building components.

• Competitive Pay: Earn $18.00 per hour

• Assemble roof and floor trusses according to production specifications and blueprints
• Measure and mark lumber accurately using a tape measure
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Inspect trusses for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while meeting production goals

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately (required)
• Willingness to complete and pass a tape measure test
• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, framing, or related field required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Drug screen and background check required
