About the RoleThe Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector supports the Rental Division by safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments for repairs. This position ensures the cleanliness of the work area and contributes to maintaining quality standards in garment handling and inspection.
Responsibilities- Safely and accurately hang customer garments on hangers.
- Visually inspect garments to identify repairs such as patching holes or tears.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Meet or exceed production standards for hanging garments.
- Support a safe work environment by adhering to safety rules and guidelines.
- Work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
- Perform physical tasks including standing for most of the shift, repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, reaching, and pushing carts or bins.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand for most of the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
- Willingness to work in proximity to others for extended periods.
- Ability to push carts or bins full of bulk or linen products.
