Job Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
Support students with articulation, expressive/receptive language, pragmatic language, and social communication needs
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Consult with school personnel to support classroom strategies and student success

Qualifications & Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active State SLP License (or eligibility to obtain)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous school-based experience preferred (but not required)
Knowledge of IEP development and special education procedures
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
