Pre-Litigation Paralegal
Our client, a leading, fast-paced, client-focused personal injury law firm committed to providing compassionate and high-quality representation to injured individuals is seeking a 2 plus years experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal to manage personal injury cases from intake to settlement. You’ll work closely with clients, providers, and attorneys to ensure timely case progression. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred for this position. The Pre-Litigation Paralegal would have experience with; Managing a caseload from intake to settlement, Maintaining client communication, Requesting and organizing medical records, Drafting demand packages, and Documenting activity in Filevine and Google Drive. To qualify, the Pre-Litigation Paralegal should have experience working in personal injury pre-litigation, strong communication skills, experience with medical records gathering, and Filevine experience is a huge plus. • At least 2 years of experience handling personal injury matters in a pre-litigation paralegal capacity.• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and external contacts.
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and organizing medical records and related case documents.
• Familiarity with case management software; prior use of Filevine is highly preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Background in litigation support, civil litigation, discovery, or trial preparation is beneficial.
