Job Description
The organization is looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Noninvasive Cardiologist to become part of our Hoffman Heart and Vascular Institute team at Saint Mary’s Hospital located in Waterbury, Connecticut.

As a member of the Hoffman Heart and Vascular Institute, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting consultations and tests while providing care in both outpatient and hospital environments.
- Collaborating with cardiac care teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Possibility of holding an academic position at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine or the Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University, if desired.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A strong interest in cardiac rehabilitation and noninvasive cardiac testing.
- Expertise in transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), stress testing, cardioversion, Holter monitoring, and more.
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Cardiology/Cardiovascular Disease.
- Possession of a valid medical license in Connecticut.
- Completion of a residency program accredited by the US ACGME.
This position is open to candidates seeking a 2027 J1 waiver.
