- Minimum 3 years of RN experience \n
- Accepting candidates with experience in:\n

- ICU/CVICU \n
- Cath Lab \n
- Cardiac Stepdown \n
\n - First-time travelers accepted if they can successfully transition from acute care to a clinic setting \n
- Required Certifications:\n

- Number of Rooms: 11 \n
- Average Daily Census: 24–60 patients/day \n
- Fast-paced clinic environment with patient visits scheduled approximately every 15 minutes \n
- Patient Population: Adult patients only \n
- \n
- Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) \n
- Chest pain \n
- Pre/Post Cath Lab patients \n
- Post-CABG patients \n
- Post-valve replacement patients \n
- Pulmonary hypertension \n
- Peripheral artery disease (PAD) \n
- Electrophysiology (EP) patients \n
- Stress test patients \n
- \n
- Comfortable managing cardiac patient populations \n
- Procedure authorization \n
- Entering orders \n
- Patient education \n
- In-basket management \n
- Calling patients regarding abnormal lab results \n
- Phone triage \n
- Assist with rooming patients and obtaining EKGs (MA performs the majority) \n
- Placement of Holter/event monitors (training available if needed) \n
- Rarely administer IV dobutamine for stress testing \n

- Orientation: Up to 2 weeks depending on experience and comfort level \n
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM \n
- Rotating half-day off each week \n
- Weekend Rotation: None \n

- RTO Approval: Up to 5 days \n
