\n\nJob Summary\nCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
\n\nResponsibilities\n- \n
- Administer prescribed respiratory therapy treatments to patients using various modalities and equipment. \n
- Monitor patient responses and modify therapies based on clinical assessments and observations. \n
- Collaborate with the medical team to implement care plans and provide patient education on respiratory conditions. \n
- Perform diagnostic procedures such as arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function tests. \n
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and procedures in the EPIC system. \n
- Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. \n
- \n
- RRT credentialing with at least 2 years of clinical respiratory care experience. \n
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications; NRP is preferred. \n
- Experience in adult critical care and emergency room settings, with NICU experience preferred. \n
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system is required. \n
- Ability to float between similar units as required by the facility. \n
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams. \n
