Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Administer prescribed respiratory therapy treatments to patients using various modalities and equipment.
\n
• Monitor patient responses and modify therapies based on clinical assessments and observations.
\n
• Collaborate with the medical team to implement care plans and provide patient education on respiratory conditions.
\n
• Perform diagnostic procedures such as arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function tests.
\n
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and procedures in the EPIC system.
\n
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• RRT credentialing with at least 2 years of clinical respiratory care experience.
\n
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications; NRP is preferred.
\n
• Experience in adult critical care and emergency room settings, with NICU experience preferred.
\n
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system is required.
\n
• Ability to float between similar units as required by the facility.
\n
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
