Production Operators

Schedule - Multiple Shifts Available

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5am - 3pm $18

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3pm - 1am $20

Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday 5am-5pm $22 - Work 36 hours and get paid for 40hours!

Summary/Objective

Is responsible for the production of rubber and urethane products prior to shipment.

Essential Functions

• Operate production machinery such as rubber presses, urethane equipment, or finishing tools.

• Perform part finishing, trimming, grinding, and inspection to meet quality standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate production of custom rubber components.

• Measure parts using basic inspection tools (calipers, tape measures, gauges).

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Follow established manufacturing processes and safety procedures.

• Use rivet gun to install magnets into magnetic liner

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings (strongly preferred).

• Manufacturing, machine‑operation, or industrial experience helpful but not always required.

• Basic mechanical aptitude for operating presses and related equipment.

• Ability to perform physical labor, including standing for long periods and lifting materials.

• Strong attention to detail for inspection and finishing tasks.

• Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.

• High school education or equivalent
