Family Medicine Physician- Cedar Falls, Iowa - No Nights/Weekends, Minimal Call & $150k Bonus

Our organization is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Outpatient Family Medicine physician to become a part of our supportive team in Cedar Falls, Iowa. This is a remarkable chance to work in a lively college town with a varied patient demographic.

Opportunity Highlights

• Collaborate with a team consisting of 2 physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Provide outpatient care for patients of all ages
• Enjoy a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with no weekends or evenings required
• Minimal on-call duties: 1:6, with phone-only responsibilities and initial triage handled by a nurse
• Work from a single practice location next to the hospital
• Utilize a modern facility that has been recently updated, with on-site access to lab, MRI, and x-ray services

• Support for virtual visits and telehealth services

Compensation & Benefits

• Two-year income guarantee of $290,191 annually, plus production incentives and longevity bonuses
• A bonus package totaling $150,000
