Become a vital part of our team, which serves over 4,000 cardiology patients each year. Our facility is renowned for performing procedures such as PTCA, stenting, TAVR, MitraClip, and bi-ventricular pacemaker placements, along with managing patients with congestive heart failure and conducting electrophysiology studies. Our unit has received accolades for its exemplary performance and dedication to achieving optimal patient outcomes.

• Employ clinical judgment to assess and address patient responses to current or potential health issues
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care to cardiovascular patients
• Engage in national clinical trials overseen by our research department
• Adhere to strict attendance policies to ensure uninterrupted patient care

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in Michigan is mandatory
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an ICU environment
• Experience with EKG interpretation is essential
• Flexibility to float to similar units as needed
• Preferred background in Neuro, CVICU, Trauma, ventilator management, CRRT, and Balloon Pumps
• Completion of skills checklist within one year of application submission
