• Annual statistics include 67 admissions, 114 births, 22,126 outpatient visits, 5,258 specialty clinic visits, and 34,636 primary care visits
• On-site services include lab, X-ray, emergency care, pharmacy, and behavioral health
• Access to outreach specialists in various fields such as General Surgery, Cardiology, ENT, Urology, Orthopedic Surgery, Dermatology, Audiology, Wound Care, and Ophthalmology
• Designated as a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• Sign-on Bonus: $200,000!
• Annual Salary: $301,290 with a one-year income guarantee
• Relocation assistance of up to $15,000
• 34 days of paid time off (PTO) during base salary; 40 days of PTO based on production
