Job Details – Locum Tenens CRNA, Goshen, Indiana

• Weekly Estimated Pay: 7,530 – 7,930
• Schedule: 8-hour days, Monday–Friday (5 shifts per week)
• Hours: 7:30am–3:30pm
• Call Schedule: 3 weeknights per month (3:30pm–7:30am), with potential for additional call; post-call day off
• Duration: 52 weeks (ongoing locum tenens opportunities available)
• Start Date: July 6, 2026
• Location: Goshen, Indiana (Zip: 46526)

CRNA Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience with perioperative and high-acuity anesthesia cases
• Active, unrestricted CRNA license (state licensure required)
• ACLS certification (AHA issued)
• Enrollment in INPCF required
• Proof of 350 case logs in the past 12 months (including epidurals, spinals, regional blocks)
• MD reference required
• Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days (temporary privileges available for candidates with clear background and malpractice history)

CRNA Responsibilities – Anesthesia Care & Procedures

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for high-acuity cases including General Anesthesia, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Urology, high-risk OB (including VBACs), Gynecology, Oncology, Liver, Vascular, ENT, Radiology, Cosmetic, Podiatry, Pulmonary, and light Cardiac cases
• Perform spinals, epidurals, and regional nerve blocks (bread & butter blocks, interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, adductor, popliteal, TAP blocks)
• Work independently and collaboratively alongside a daily team of 6 CRNAs and 5 MDs in a busy perioperative setting
• Document cases and maintain accurate case logs using Medaxion EMR system
• Participate in call coverage with in-house anesthesia call room and provide safe perioperative anesthesia management
