• Weeknight on-call: 9 AM - 9 AM
• Weekend on-call: Friday 9 AM to Monday 9 AM
• Average weekend admissions: 4
• Average weeknight callbacks: 5
• Required skills: vaginal delivery, cesarean delivery, hysteroscopy
• Necessary skills: hysterectomy, ovarian cystectomy, D&C
• Board certification is mandatory
