Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Obtain and record initial patient assessment and establish care priorities based on age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs.
\n
• Re-assess patient conditions systematically to determine progress and identify necessary interventions.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with established Nursing Standards of Care.
\n
• Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on clinical interpretations and patient outcome evaluations.
\n
• Participate in patient and family health education and discharge planning.
\n
• Document and implement timely interventions in response to patient needs.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
\n
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
\n
• Current BLS Certification required.
\n
• Current ACLS Certification required.
\n
• Current TNCC Certification required.
\n
• Effective communication skills and sensitivity to patient rights and developmental needs.
\n
