Optimum is partnering with a hospital in west-central Michigan that has an opening for a skilled CRNA to join their team.

\n Opening Overview:
\n - Schedule: 8 or 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
\n - 1:7 rotating call shifts, manageable volume
\n - Shifts available at multiple facilities
\n - Case Types: General surgery, orthopedics, otolaryngology, neurosurgery, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, etc.
\n - Must be board-certified
\n Compensation & Benefits:
\n - Annual Salary: $283,000+
\n - $100K sign-on bonus
\n - 296 hours of PTO
\n - Relocation assistance
\n - Malpractice coverage with tail
