What You’ll Do

• Prepare and execute menu items to Brio standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
• Work closely with the culinary team during high-volume service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Help deliver an exceptional guest experience through consistent food quality

What We’re Looking For

• Previous line cook experience in a full-service restaurant
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and team-first attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen
• Nights, weekends, and holiday availability preferred
