• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and functional training to patients
• Support patients with mobility, transfers, and gait training
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising PT
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
• Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment
