An exciting opportunity to join the award-winning Knowledge & Innovation (K&I) team of a premier global AM 100 law firm. As a K&I Attorney, you’ll work at the forefront of legal transformation—empowering corporate legal teams with next-generation tools, best-in-class knowledge systems, and cutting-edge legal technology. This is a high-impact, strategic role designed for a collaborative, tech-curious finance attorney ready to enhance practice group excellence and deliver measurable client value.

Responsibilities for Corporate Knowledge & Innovation Attorney (Finance):

Practice Enablement: Develop, manage, and optimize knowledge resources, precedents, and market data for finance-focused legal teams, ensuring materials reflect current market standards and evolving client needs.

Innovation Leadership: Identify and implement legal technology solutions and process improvements to support finance practice workflows, streamline deal execution, and reduce inefficiencies.

Training & Adoption: Deliver engaging, practice-specific training sessions, demonstrations, and communications to drive adoption of knowledge tools and emerging technologies, including generative AI solutions.

Client-Facing Impact: Support client engagement by creating scalable, value-driven knowledge materials and participating in innovation-focused discussions that enhance service delivery.

Legal Tech Evaluation: Assess, recommend, and help implement tools that improve transactional efficiency, document management, and knowledge capture across finance matters.

Thought Leadership: Stay current on legal innovation trends and finance market developments, providing strategic insights to elevate practice group performance and maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements for Corporate Knowledge & Innovation Attorney (Finance):

• J.D. and 4+ years of experience practicing finance or general corporate law at a top-tier firm.
• Deep understanding of finance transactions, deal workflows, and related legal documentation.
• Demonstrated interest in legal innovation, technology adoption, and process improvement.
• Experience supporting private equity, lending, or financial institution clients is a strong plus.
• Prior experience in a knowledge, innovation, or legal tech role is preferred.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
