Be part of our Saturday Social Team!

A Day In The Life Looks Like:
-Meet the team at our office each Saturday morning
-Pick up the enrolled youth for the day's adventure
-Program runs from 10am to 4pm;
-Base work hours are 9am to 5pm - team start time varies depending on number of youth enrolled for the day

Responsibilities:
-Facilitate the day's activities - activities are preplanned and logistics information provided
-Understanding the needs of each youth.
-Pick up and drop off youths using company vehicle
-Supporting skill development and independence goals.
-Assisting with daily living activities as needed.
-Communicate any issues with the families and program leadership
-Have a fun day out with the kids

Qualifications:
-Compassionate and patient demeanor.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Experience working with adults or children with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to think on your feet.
