Allison Audiology has been serving the Houston community for more than 30 years, earning a reputation for exceptional patient care, advanced hearing solutions, and genuine human connection.
As an established private practice, they are known for delivering personalized, relationship-driven care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Allison Audiology is seeking an experienced and compassionate Audiologist who is passionate about patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and motivated to provide comprehensive audiologic care while becoming a trusted long-term hearing healthcare partner for their patients. This role offers strong clinical autonomy, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to grow within a respected and expanding private practice.
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing for adult patients
- Provide hearing aid consultations, fittings, programming, verification, and follow-up care
- Evaluate candidacy for and manage Lyric hearing aids, including insertions and ongoing patient management
- Perform tinnitus assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Conduct auditory processing evaluations and provide treatment recommendations
- Established private practice with over 30 years of community trust and patient relationships
- Collaborative, close-knit team environment that values autonomy, provider input, and long-term growth
- Opportunity to practice beyond traditional hearing aid care with tinnitus treatment, auditory processing evaluations, and Lyric hearing aids
- Patient-focused approach centered on quality care rather than high patient volume
- Access to advanced hearing technology, professional development, and a supportive team culture
- Strong compensation structure with uncapped bonus potential
- Master’s degree or Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) required
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in a private practice setting, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong diagnostic and hearing aid fitting skills
- Experience with tinnitus management and/or auditory processing evaluations is a plus
- Salary plus bonus potential $105,000–$115,000
- Health insurance
- Retirement plan with employer match
- Paid time off + holidays + birthday off
- CEU and professional licensure/association support
- Relocation assistance available
