We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a therapy team focused on helping residents regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their daily routines.

What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on therapy based on care plans developed by the Physical Therapist
• Support residents with mobility training, strengthening, and balance exercises
• Assist with safe transfers and proper use of assistive devices
• Track patient performance and communicate updates to the therapy team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
