We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. This position offers flexibility while allowing you to provide hands-on support to residents working toward greater independence.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver occupational therapy services under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, and self-care tasks
• Guide therapeutic exercises focused on coordination, strength, and function
• Observe patient progress and communicate updates to the OT
• Maintain accurate documentation for all treatments

Requirements:

• Active COTA license
