We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. This position offers flexibility while allowing you to deliver meaningful, hands-on care to residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Assist with mobility, strengthening, and balance activities
• Support residents with transfers and safe ambulation
• Observe patient response and report updates
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

Requirements:
