Supervisors @ Ohio Turnpike Service Plaza (Mantua)

AVI Foodsystems is looking for energetic and optimistic team members to fill Supervisor positions at the Ohio Turnpike Service Plaza, Portage and Brady's Leap in Mantua, OH. Retail Services for on-the-go snacks, beverages and meals include Dunkin', Jimmy John's, Freshens, Wendy's and our C-Store.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee front end production
• Follow opening procedures, including opening and handling cash drawers
• Comply with all policies and procedures, including but not limited to food and physical safety programs
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. customer issues, cleanliness, safety concerns or security concerns)
• Follow all safety requirements at accounts
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
• Perform any other duties as specified by management

Requirements:

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Successful team leadership experience
• Moving, bending, stooping, lifting and standing on a frequent basis
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary
