Paramount Home Health Care LLC is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nursed (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for an 2-year-old pediatric patient in a home setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and flexible environment.Overnight shift.

Position Details

• Patient: 2-year-old child (pediatric care)
• Setting: Patients home in Westley Chapel, FL
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (12-hour Overnight shift)

Flexible Schedule Options


Choose the schedule that works best for you:

• 3 Days/Week: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
  OR
• 4 Days/Week: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor patient condition and report any changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
• Communicate effectively with family and care team
• G-tube Managment

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license or RN
• Pediatric experience preferred (but not required)
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• CPR certification (required)
• Reliable transportation
