We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our therapy team on a PRN basis in a skilled nursing setting. This role offers flexibility and the chance to make an immediate impact on patient care.

Key Duties:

• Deliver therapy interventions under PT supervision
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility training
• Guide residents through strengthening and balance exercises
• Report patient status and document services provided
