Ready for a nursing role that gives you balance and purpose? We’re hiring a dedicated LPN or RN for Private Duty Nursing (PDN) with a consistent 3-day work week serving patients in Springfield, Missouri and nearby rural communities.

Position Highlights:

• Work just 3 days per week (consistent schedule)
• One-on-one, in-home patient care
• Serve both city and quiet rural settings
• Build meaningful, lasting patient relationships
• Supportive team and reliable communication

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individualized nursing care in the home
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Assist with daily living needs per care plan
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPN or RN license (Missouri)
• Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently in a home setting
• Strong clinical and communication skills
