We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. This is a flexible opportunity for clinicians looking to provide high-quality care while managing their own schedule.

Role Overview:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on improving daily living skills and functional independence
• Supervise and collaborate with COTAs to ensure effective care delivery
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Complete timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
