We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking schedule flexibility while continuing to deliver high-quality rehab services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on mobility, strength, and pain management
• Supervise PTA staff and collaborate with the rehab team
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
