We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. This role offers flexibility while allowing you to make a direct impact on residents' daily function and independence.

Role Overview:

• Assess residents and establish treatment goals
• Provide therapy focused on ADLs, cognitive skills, and upper body function
• Supervise and guide COTA staff
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient response
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• Active OT license required
