Compensation

• FIRST YEAR EXPECTED EARNINGS UP TO $83,000
• Breakdown pay: $19.00/hour
• Annual pay increases

Home time, Route & Schedule

• Home Daily
  • Start and end your day in  Lancaster, NY
• AM shifts, Monday-Friday, 2 possible Saturdays/month
  • AM start times: 6-8am starts or 9-11am
  • 10-12 hour days is norm
• AM – driving on average consists of anywhere between 9 – 19 stops a day in Buffalo, Rochester, Southern Tier, Syracuse and Canada (Ft. Erie & No. Toronto)
• Mid-morning – Generally 5 – 7 deliveries around Rochester area, a few drop & hooks (1-2) to a few warehouses and finish off day making yard moves (could be 7-8 moves as needed)
• Mostly no touch freight – limited driver assist unloads

Equipment

• Modern clean fleet with late model equipment
• Automatic Transmission
• Outward facing dashcam

Requirements

• Must have valid CDL A License
• 3 years of verifiable CDL driving experience
• Enhanced CDL required for travel into Canada, 100% reimbursement to obtain
• Must be at least 24 years old
• Acceptable MVR and criminal history
• Must be located within 30 miles of  Lancaster, NY
