Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to all pelvic floor patients, both male and female.
- Assess, plan, and implement care for patients based on their physical abilities and needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and expectations.
- Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives within the facility.
- Minimum 1 year of experience required in physical therapy, specifically in pelvic health.
- Current BLS certification and active Illinois state PT license required.
- Experience with outpatient clinic settings and pelvic floor training preferred.
- Knowledge of Cerner charting system preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a critical access hospital with a team-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
