- Must be able to titrate drips
- Pitocin Protocol (titration)

- Insulin drips (occasional)
- Admin Supervisor: Every shift
- Charge RN: Does NOT take assignment
- Resource RN:
- Break relief
- Assists in all deliveries (“baby catcher”)
- Stabilization & first 2-hour newborn care
- Second RN sign-off on meds
- Triage RN: Dedicated role
- CNA: 1 per shift (may float to HUC role if needed)
- 1 CST per shift
- OB Hospitalist: 24/7
- Neonatal NP: 24/7
- Anesthesia: 24/7
- Respiratory Therapy: Available for troubleshooting
