Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Denver, CO (centrally located near Denver/Aurora border)

Setting: Primarily clinic-based, with flexibility for in-home or in-school services as needed

Population Served: Primarily early intervention (ages 3–6), with some flexibility up to ~10 years old

Years in Operation: ~1–2 years (early-stage, growing center)

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Oversee a small caseload of clients while delivering high-quality, individualized ABA services
• Provide clinical supervision and support to experienced RBTs (all RBTs are already certified)
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director and participate in BCBA roundtables and 1:1 support
• Maintain flexibility in service delivery (clinic, occasional home/school support depending on family needs)
• Partner with families and help coordinate additional therapies (OT, PT, SLP) when needed

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size: ~7–9 clients per BCBA (kept intentionally small for quality care)

Billable hour expectations: ~24–25 hours/week on average, but flexible based on context (assessments, IEP meetings, etc.)

Additional support notes:

• Strong clinical support from Clinical Director + collaborative team environment
• No overtime culture — focus on manageable caseloads and quality work
• Scheduling flexibility based on BCBA and family needs

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

Base salary: $80K–$105K (based on experience)

Bonus structure: Up to $10K (based on role, experience, and performance)
