We’re hiring a Quality Records Admin for our Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Quality Records Admin
• Location: Northwest Houston
• Pay: $27–$30/hour (DOE)
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire

• Description of Duties:

Maintain and update document control systems, ensuring accurate tracking and version management
Digitize, organize, and store records within internal databases for secure and efficient access
Respond to document requests from internal teams and external partners while safeguarding sensitive information
Compile document packages and oversee record retention, archiving, and disposal processes

• Requirements:

Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
High level of organization with a focus on accuracy and detail
Solid communication skills with the ability to assist and guide team members on document procedures
Experience working with document management systems and maintaining data integrity
