We are seeking a home manager to join our team! Applicant must have Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) experience and be a certified Direct Care Worker (DCW). All certifications must be current. Starting salary is $18/hr.

You will assist in the daily care of elderly or disabled individuals which would include:

• Alzheimer's & Dementia Care
• Companionship
• Help with Personal Hygiene and Care
• Meal Prep and Nutrition
• Medication Assistance
• Home Maintenance and basic Housekeeping

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in personal care or other related fields
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
