What You’ll Be Doing

As the Manager of Door County Kayaking, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kayaking tours.
- Managing and supporting a team of guides to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensuring all equipment is maintained, safe, and ready for use.
- Coordinating schedules and logistics to keep tours running smoothly.
- Upholding safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Assisting with customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in management, outdoor recreation, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- A love for the outdoors and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as this role includes handling equipment.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset to handle the unique challenges of outdoor operations.
