Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth
• Field inbound customer inquiries and work with State Farm Corporate to deliver accurate and timely responses
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Explain insurance product benefits and advise customers on their insurance needs
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues
