Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth
- Field inbound customer inquiries and work with State Farm Corporate to deliver accurate and timely responses
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain insurance product benefits and advise customers on their insurance needs
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues
- Experience in customer service
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Effective in all forms of communication
- Motivated to achieve success and strong work ethic
