Janitorial Lead - Union

Summary:

Lead, train, and direct the janitorial staff on site to ensure that all employees are kept safe, and the customer’s quality expectations are met or exceeded. You will also be responsible for participating in daily cleaning tasks.

Working Schedule:

Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead and train the work of the janitorial staff in the building.
Will have list of regular tasks but will also need to take care of
immediate tasks requested by the client
Utilize a company phone and iPad to inspect cleaned areas, create reports, inventory, etc..

Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen
Experience with cleaning commercial buildings a plus, but not required
Must have the ability to work with other crew members
Must be able to listen to customer requests
Must be willing to work in an electronic manufacturing facility
Must be willing to work overtime as needed
Must be willing to work in a Cleanroom environment when needed
Must be willing to work around dangerous chemicals using training to safely navigate
