Youll work closely with sales, operations, and our global team, gaining hands-on knowledge of our products and industry along the way.

What Youll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and urgency
- Provide clear, accurate information about Movex products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience
- Document customer interactions and maintain organized records
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions
- Associates degree or higher
- 13 years of relevant experience (customer service or related field)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Comfort with basic computer systems (SAP experience is a plus)
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is helpful, but not required
