TDL Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to support housing turnover operations at Fort Wainwright. This is a hands-on role where your work directly prepares homes for incoming residents—creating clean, welcoming spaces for families moving into the community.

What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed cleaning of vacant residential homes
- Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living areas
- Clean windows and reach higher areas safely using ladders
- Assist with light outdoor tasks such as sweeping and basic upkeep
- Ensure each home meets move-in–ready quality standards
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay on task in a physically active role are key to success.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and current insurance
- Must be able to gain post access (Real ID required)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs or more
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Background screening is a part of the hiring process for this position
