Position: Machine Operator
Location: Arlington, TX
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 5:30 AM–4:00 PM, Friday 5:30 AM–11:00 AM, some Saturdays
Pay: $16/hr
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Summary:
Operate machines and support production to ensure quality products in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machines following safety and production guidelines
• Load and unload parts, inspect finished products
• Trim, buff, and repair parts as needed
• Clean molds and equipment
• Assemble/disassemble molds
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Entry-level, manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Forklift/hoist experience preferred (must obtain certification)
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged standing, bending, and lifting
• Ability to lift 20–50+ lbs (heavier with assistance)
• Work in hot and cold conditions
