Intern - Business Operations, IT, HR

Summer intern position would lead the following projects:

IT

• Validate and update IT asset inventory
• Audit and categorize surplus IT equipment
• Develop draft user documentation for common processes
• Perform wipe/reset process on returned computers to prepare the units for redeployment

HR

• Manage employee electronic files in the HRIS
• Maintain COBRA enrollments

Operations

• Launch asset tagging process

And possibly other projects that cross the boundaries of these departments.

The ideal candidate will be working toward a degree in business, operations, IT, or HR.
