We provide on-the-job training and development for those newer to the painting industry, and we value reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to doing quality work over years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare painting surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and masking as needed
- Application using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow instructions and safety guidelines on every project
- Represent the company professionally on job sites and during final walk-throughs with customers
- Be open to feedback and committed to continuous learning
Requirements:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take direction and grow within a structured process
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- (Preferred but not required) Some experience in residential or commercial painting, or general labor/trades

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Nights as needed
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
