Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are a well-established, independent insurance agency looking for a full-time service representative for Commercial Lines. Qualified candidates must possess strong communication skills, be detail oriented, motivated, and computer savvy. Salary commensurate with experience and benefits are available.

• Role and Responsibilities
  • Maintain client accounts and records
  • Process client and producer requests
  • Interact directly with clients addressing coverage questions and service related tasks
  • Responsibilities may change as the qualified candidate gains experience within the role
• Skills
  • Prior customer service experience in an office setting preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with various carrier partners to meet client needs
  • Ability to navigate various carrier and consumer sites
  • Ability to maintain focus in a fast paced environment

  • Prior commercial lines customer service 
• Education
  • High school or equivalent 
• License/Certification
  • Indiana Property & Casualty License
