Shift: Mon-Thurs 5am-3:30pm w OT on Fridays
4/10 Schedule
Pay: up to $25 BOE
Responsibilities
- Assemble medical devices following detailed manufacturing process instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate small hand tools, calibrated instruments, microscopes, and test fixtures with precision and care.
- Perform in-process quality checks, identify issues early, and communicate concerns promptly to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and controlled environment by following strict gowning and cleanroom protocols.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives by suggesting methods and procedure enhancements.
- Document all work accurately, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Collaborate closely with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday from 5 am to 3:30 pm, with potential overtime on Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly and inspection.
- Familiarity with hand tools, microscopes, and calibration instruments.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain strict compliance with safety and quality protocols.
- Effective communication skills to identify and report issues clearly.
- Commitment to working safely and responsibly in a regulated environment.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety, GMP, and cleanroom protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in medical device manufacturing or other regulated industries.
- Proficiency in basic troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of cleanroom procedures and environmental controls.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or coursework in manufacturing or related fields preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience, preferably in a regulated environment, is advantageous.
