Client Contact Specialist

We are seeking a Client Contact Specialists! Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Preferred. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information and resolving issues. Monday - Friday (8:30 am or 9 am - 5/5:30 pm) Could possibly be flexible with after hours or Saturdays for other time off during the week. Starting pay can also be based on experience.
Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma required
• One to Four years of progressive work experience in a law firm or comparable field preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel
