Production Associate (Short Term)

Project Details:

• Duration: Up to 5 days, beginning May 11, 2026, and concluding by May 15, 2026
• Day Shift employees (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Night Shift employees (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Those who are assigned to night shift should be prepared to work the day shift on Monday and then return for their night shift on Tuesday night.
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Day shift and $21.50 per hour Night shift
• Safety shoes required; all other PPE will be provided
• May 11th there will be a 3 hour safety training from 9am to approximately noon. Then they would begin their shift and work until 7pm.
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Unload plastic sheets up to 5’ x 5’ from a height of approximately 5 feet and stack onto pallets
• Inspect and wipe down sheets to remove sawdust, debris, or contaminants
• Apply barcode labels to individual sheets as needed
• Count and organize sheets in groups of 10 to ensure accurate pallet quantities
• Monitor production line transitions and manage up to four different small sheets simultaneously during changeovers (2-person task)
• Remove thin polyethylene masking from both sides of sheets when required
• Neatly stack finished sheets onto pallets to meet quality and presentation standards
• Perform cleaning tasks as assigned
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and work on concrete floors for up to 12 hours per shift
• Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and stack materials throughout the shift
• Must be capable of performing consistent, hands-on physical work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
